Life can be a difficult journey with many pressures, expectations and struggles regardless of your stage of life and taking the first steps of change can be both scary and exciting. Know that I will welcome you into a peaceful space that allows you to be yourself so you can grow and discover your full potential as you heal and make changes.

My treatment approach comes from the belief that the process of therapy is an art: A blending of the science of the mind, an awareness of the impact of past experiences, and the creative process in discovering renewed hope for life.

Treatment Approach

I utilize a range of evidence based techniques that integrate the mind, body connection including: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), art and other expressive therapies.
